Yes, for every product with an online price. Add the size and quantity to the product page address, for example /products/colour-mailer-box?l=200&w=150&h=50&qty=500, and the page opens with that spec already priced: unit price, total, the quantity ladder and Hong Kong freight. Options such as material, printing and finish can be added too; stock items take an item code and stickers a size in mm. It is a reference price valid for 30 days; the final price is confirmed in our formal quote, and freight is set by the final delivery address.

Choose a box style, enter your length, width and height, then pick paper, printing and finishing. The page shows a guide unit price for every quantity tier at once. The formal quote confirms the same figure once we have checked the spec; unusual sizes, inserts or special finishing can move it.

Unit prices do not include freight, so you can set them beside any other quote. The freight for one delivery within Hong Kong is shown on its own line as soon as you pick a quantity, and it is already in the total. Overseas, we ship worldwide DDP (duties and taxes included, delivered to your door) and quote the freight with your boxes; see our international shipping page.

A rigid box is greyboard wrapped in printed paper, machine-fed and hand-finished, so it carries more material and more labour per piece. A folding carton is one printed sheet die-cut and glued, shipped flat. Choose rigid for premium gifting and folding for retail and everyday packs.

Yes, two ways. Request paper swatches to compare (the swatches are free; postage is paid on delivery), or order a paid white dummy made to your box style and size. A white dummy takes about 3 to 7 days; a printed colour sample about 7 to 10 days.

The sampling fee depends on the box type: a Colour Mailer Box sample is HK$300, for example. It is waived once the order reaches 500 pieces, and new customers have it waived on their first order.

Folding cartons take about 10 to 12 days after artwork approval; mailer boxes, rigid boxes and printed paper bags about 12 to 14 days. Stock items such as plain bags, tissue paper and honeycomb wrap ship within days. Add 1 to 2 working days for Hong Kong delivery.

Boxes other than rigid boxes are delivered flat to save space, ready to fold. Smaller orders go by courier and larger ones by logistics truck, to any Hong Kong address.

Yes. Delivery outside Hong Kong is quoted by destination and volume, through freight forwarders who handle clearance and delivery to the door. Tell us where the goods are going when you ask for a price.

Print-ready AI or PDF in CMYK, images at 300 dpi, text outlined, with 3 mm bleed. We check every file before production and tell you if anything needs fixing.

Yes. Once size and box style are confirmed we send you the dieline template for that exact box, free of charge. Place your artwork on it without moving the cut and fold lines.

We advise on structure, paper and print options as part of every quote, and can arrange artwork design for a separate fee. Many first-time brands start with a one-colour logo on kraft, which needs no full design.

In Hong Kong 飛機盒 means a one-piece box with a fold-over lid and tuck-in flaps. We make two: the Colour Mailer Box in corrugated board for shipping and e-commerce, and the Paperboard Mailer Box for retail and gift inner boxes. Choose corrugated to ship, paperboard for looks and cost.

Mailer boxes use E-flute corrugated with a matte or textured white card face, or kraft. Folding cartons use white card; rigid boxes use greyboard wrapped in printed paper. Finishes include foil stamping in gold or silver, embossing and debossing, spot UV and inside printing. FSC-certified paper is available on request.

Yes, every box is made to your dimensions within the range shown on its product page, from 100 pieces. Very unusual sizes, heavy loads or inserts are confirmed with the dieline and structure before we quote.

Bank transfer, FPS or credit card. Production is scheduled once payment is confirmed, so send us the transfer receipt on WhatsApp to avoid delay. Cash on delivery is not available because every order is custom made.

Tell us within 7 days with photos. Manufacturing defects are reprinted or refunded. Because everything is custom printed, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or for errors in approved artwork.
