Wherever you are, we can deliver your boxes. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): import duties, taxes and customs clearance are included in our quote, so nothing more is due when the parcel arrives.
Air usually takes about 1–2 weeks and sea about 6–8 weeks, after production. Tell us the address and quantity and we will quote the freight with your boxes.

Air
About 1–2 weeks
Smaller orders, launches and anything with a date
Priced by the size of the cartons, so a light but bulky order is charged by its volume.
Sea
About 6–8 weeks
Larger orders and restocks planned ahead
Much lower per kilo, with a minimum chargeable weight, so it pays off from a few cartons up.
Times are typical door-to-door after your boxes leave our factory; production itself is about 12–14 days after artwork approval. Customs checks or peak seasons can add a few days.

HOW FREIGHT IS PRICED
Quoted with your boxes, set by the final address
Our product pages show the box price for Hong Kong delivery. For an overseas order, send us the destination and quantity and we quote the freight from our standard rates, with the box price, in one reply.
Freight is based on the size and number of cartons (volumetric weight), the mode you choose and the destination. The actual freight is confirmed against the final delivery address: remote or residential addresses can add a small surcharge, and we will always tell you before you confirm.

Questions overseas customers ask
Do I pay import duties or taxes when the boxes arrive?
No. We ship DDP, so duties, import taxes and customs clearance are included in the freight we quote. Nothing more is due on delivery.
How long does international shipping take?
After production, air usually takes about 1–2 weeks and sea about 6–8 weeks, door to door. Production is about 12–14 days after artwork approval, so allow roughly 4 weeks in total by air.
Which countries do you ship to?
Anywhere. We have standard rates for the US, UK, Spain, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, and quote other destinations case by case. Send us your address and we will check.
Why is the freight not on the product page?
The online price includes one Hong Kong delivery. Overseas freight depends on the destination, the mode and the exact address, so we quote it with your boxes once we know where they are going.
Is there a minimum order for overseas delivery?
The box minimum is the same as in Hong Kong, from 100 pieces for most styles. Sea freight has a minimum chargeable weight, so small orders usually go by air.
Can I see a sample before ordering from overseas?
Yes. Paper swatches and white or printed samples can be sent overseas too; the sample and its shipping are quoted on request.
