Honeycomb paper or bubble wrap
Honeycomb paper is kraft die-cut into a hexagonal mesh. Pulled open, it expands and grips whatever it wraps, and it tears by hand with no tape. It cushions as well as bubble wrap for most products, goes in the paper recycling, and looks like it belongs in a branded box rather than a warehouse.
Tissue paper
The layer the customer unwraps first. Plain tissue in stock colours ships immediately; tissue printed with your logo or pattern is made to order from 500 sheets and turns a mailer box into an unboxing.
Bottle sleeves
A cylinder of honeycomb paper that slides over a bottle or jar and keeps glass from touching glass in the box. Stock sizes cover wine, sauce and skincare bottles.
