Carton BoxesMade to orderBoard and flute
Single-wall corrugated for most e-commerce and wholesale loads; double-wall where the box is stacked high, shipped far or carries something heavy. The flute and the kraft liner are chosen to the weight you tell us, so the load rating is real rather than guessed.
One-colour print on brown kraft is the standard and the cheapest: logo, handling marks, a line of text. Full-colour print is possible on a white-faced board when the carton is also the customer-facing box.
Carton box or mailer box
A carton is a regular slotted box: four flaps top and bottom, taped shut, built to protect and stack. A mailer box folds closed on itself with a hinged lid and is designed to be opened by the customer. If the box is the unboxing, look at the mailer boxes.
Minimums
From 100 pieces, any size within the printable range. Production is 12–14 days after artwork approval; Hong Kong delivery is included.
