A mailer box is die-cut from one sheet of corrugated board and folds into a box with a hinged lid and tuck-in side flaps. No glue, no tape, and it ships flat. In Hong Kong the trade calls it 飛機盒; overseas suppliers say mailer box or postal box. Same thing.

Choosing between the four

Colour mailer box: full CMYK outside, optionally inside too, on a white face paper. The default for online stores and gift boxes. One-colour mailer box: your logo in one colour on kraft or white, the lowest-cost branded option. Wrap-around print mailer box: only a band around the walls is printed, so the ink cost drops but the box still reads as yours. Cardboard mailer box: the same shape in single-layer cardboard rather than corrugated, lighter and cheaper, for small items or as an inner box.

What ships in them

E-commerce orders that go through a courier, subscription box packaging, member gift boxes, and product sets where the box is opened at home rather than on a shelf. If the box is also the retail packaging, look at the folding cartons instead.

Corrugated or white card

Corrugated board (E-flute, about 1.5 mm) takes courier handling and stacking; the face paper carries the print. Single-layer white card is thinner and prints more smoothly, but it is for lighter contents and shorter journeys. Choose by what the box has to survive, not by how it looks.

Sizes, minimums and timing

Every product page lists S, M and L reference sizes and takes a custom length, width and height within the printable range. Minimum 100 pieces. Production is 12–14 days after artwork approval, plus 1–2 working days for Hong Kong delivery, which is included in the price.
