What is a 飛機盒 (mailer box), and what is the difference between the corrugated and cardstock versions?

In Hong Kong, 飛機盒 means a one-piece box with a fold-over lid and tuck-in flaps. BM Pack makes two kinds. The colour mailer box (corrugated) laminates E-flute board with a white card face, so it holds up to couriers and shipping. The flip-top folding carton (cardstock mailer) is single-layer card: lighter, cheaper, with a smoother print surface, for retail display, light products and gift inner boxes. Choose corrugated to ship, cardstock for looks and cost.

Can mailer boxes be printed inside and outside?

Yes. Inside-and-outside printing adds ink and production steps; the interface reflects the reference uplift immediately.

Can I get a custom size at 100 units?

Custom sizes can be assessed; unusual sizes, load-bearing needs or inserts are confirmed by us along with the die-line and structure.
