What is a 飛機盒 (mailer box), and what is the difference between the corrugated and cardstock versions?
In Hong Kong, 飛機盒 means a one-piece box with a fold-over lid and tuck-in flaps. BM Pack makes two kinds. The colour mailer box (corrugated) laminates E-flute board with a white card face, so it holds up to couriers and shipping. The flip-top folding carton (cardstock mailer) is single-layer card: lighter, cheaper, with a smoother print surface, for retail display, light products and gift inner boxes. Choose corrugated to ship, cardstock for looks and cost.
Are folding cartons delivered flat or assembled?
Usually flat-packed for easier storage and shipping; confirmed against the actual structure.
Can I add foil stamping or embossing?
Yes. Finishing is priced by position, area and quantity; the current interface demonstrates a single logo position.
What is the minimum order for folding cartons?
